Hey,
been trying to find the name of the style of a certain shower/window curtain set, that JC Penney sold in the 1990s, that was pretty popular.
It has diamonds and arches in it, and the arches kind of remind you of medieval arch sconces.
On the bottom were horizontal color band lines, and the diamonds ended here, and then from there up two-thirds of the way it was mainly a solid color with diamond shapes spaced in a grid pattern, and then the upper part had the arch patterns. The bottom of the arches joined one another and joined at a gold heart-shaped/spade point design.
The colors for it came two ways: a dark blue/green/gold/black combo, and a red/green/blue/gold combo. They sold a matching window curtain for each shower curtain if you wanted that.
I just have no idea what the name/style name of this particular line is. Any help is appreciated. I am trying to track down the matching curtains but I need to know the name of the line for my searching to be successful.
Stuned out.
Couldn’t you do a solid color for the curtains or if you’re good, you can do a coordinating pattern and that sometimes looks much nicer than matchy-matchy pooh-pooh.
A picture would help, though.
Check eBay...
But seriously, take a picture and try to google it using google image search. Google can be used to find similar pictures.
Is it Laz?
just kidding
I’ve been keeping house for 55 years and would never care that much about anything for the house.
Good luck to you,though.
.
You’re kidding, right? Get a new shower curtain and do something different with the window. Try a set of synthetic shutters, much more up to date than a plastic window curtain.
They probably discontinued the line because of the all the nonsense about BPAs, the plastic softeners in shower curtains.
I just posted a pic, see if it jogs your memory.
It’s a thicker vinyl, not plastic. If i said plastic I was not correct.
Cool, Maybe.
Are you trying to match that one ?
or do you have a
“Life time warranty” ?
Just trying to match it, I’d like to find the window curtain that was made to match it. If someone knows the name of this line then I can refine my searching.
Holy cow..I will need to look but I may have a curtian. rofl
Take the your shower curtain and lay it flat on the floor.
Take a photo.
Get the measurements of the window.
Find a website that will print that image on some window curtains.
LOL!!!
I had that shower curtain and matching bath carpet, but no window curtain. I purchased them at Walmart in 2000.
Havent had them 20 years, the style was created in the mid-late 90s. I picked them up not too long ago because I like the look. I couldnt find a matching window curtain then but decided to find one now.

Pulling your man card for writing the sentence above, also for correctly using the word sconces.
