Okay, I'll 'fess up. I'm not cool enough to know that chickens and eggs are planet-wide scourges, they having made Bill Gates' enemies list and the enemies lists of other filthy rich mostly left-coast lefties. But if Gates is against bourgeois exploitation of cluckers and their in-shell progeny, perhaps we should take a moment to dumpster-dive the scramble that makes up his valiant cause.

What is it about folks that, (sometimes) when they become wealthy (even through hard work) they get nuttier and nuttier? First billy boy and melinda donate a bunch of cash to fight against the second amendment in WA, no there out to save some chickens. See you at "hole" foods. NOT! My wife talked me into going in to one once. I didn't last long after we went down the cereal aisle and I spotted "Enviro-kids" labeled type cheerios. I was out of there and told her to NEVER suggest that to me again. I did notice all the self important folks saving the world shopping there. Priuses and obie stickers were in abundance in the parking lot. And of course some higher end vehicles as well such as Range Rovers, MB's...........

Chickens are one of the primary routes to individual families’ food independence.
I’m seeing a lot of attacks on food independence lately -
like the elites, somehow, think it’s best for everyone to be food dependent on the “system” or on the government.

If you add environmentalists into the mix it changes the equation to “which came first, the egg or the chicken Sh&t”
Just a thought

Used to be eggs were a generic product in a plane paper box. Last time I was in a supermarket there were about 8 brands to choose from. Each with eye popping graphics on the box.
