Although “reach out” is two words, I really hate that phrase for some reason. So touchy feely....

Here is a good way to start any exciting story. People will be on the edge of their seat if you start all of your stories with the following preface:
“So, there I was, minding my own business, not bothering anybody....”

The most devisive word in any language has been, is now and will forever be in this world - Jesus. He said His name would divide families, friends and nations . . . and just like Him, that Word has been, is and will be true until the end of time in this world. There will never be another “word” that is more devisive. THAT is the Truth!!!

I was going to add “so” in the same context if somebody
didn’t beat me to it. Remember that crook (IRS?) testifying
at the congressional hearing starting every evasive reply
with “So,......”. He was the guy who visited the WH over
150 times. Still would like to kick his ass & give him a
wedgie to remember.

LOL! I’ll have to start keeping a case or two strapped on the roof. At my age, it might work better than my Hoppe’s Nr. 9 aftershave.

The use of the word whatever, especially by my dh makes me want to reach over and choke him. Dread Homo?
Damned Heatlamp?
Domed Hairdryer?
Dancing Harlot?
Dirty House?
Dead Hibiscus?
Drug Habit?

What!!!.... don’t people still get riled about “diverse” and “inclusive”?
To: MasterGunner01
Dude is a generational marker. It’s one of those words used by the post-Boomer generation. When I get on sports forums, it is ubiquitous along with other younger generation words and phrases. When I read the words dude as in describing another male, I know the writer is probably under 30 or 40. I take particular pains to avoid using those words and phrases.

What’s wrong with “whatever”?
It means the same thing as “what difference at this point does it make”.
