A man has been charged with the first-degree murder of his girlfriend's son after he allegedly attacked the child because he was crying during a football game.
Tre'viance Markese Walker, 22, was looking after his girlfriend's baby for a few hours on December 7 while he watched the University of Oklahoma vs. Oklahoma State football game on TV.
The fve-month-old boy, identified only as JB, was grabbed so aggressively by Walker that his head 'snapped back', according to a police report.

Sad, just sad.
Just tonight, I was picking my daughter up from her boyfriend’s, and his sister was there with a little boy. A year and a half old. She watched TV while the kid walked around. It’s as if she didn’t even notice him. He came up to me and held up his arms to me to pick him up. I asked if that was okay. She made a half-hearted nod, so I picked him and I had a buddy for while. When I was going to leave, she went to take him from me, but he pushed her away like he wanted to come home with me.
It just touched me. This little kid just wanted someone to hold him for awhile.
I just tear up when I hear about stories like this....
It's French for "butthead".
nuff said right there.
it is sad, but you made his day. count it as a good day for you and him.
Excellent!
You got that right - all those "oppressed" people ...
Today’s schools would be afraid to correct the misspelling student, otherwise, come lunchtime, a very angry ghetto queen in a Crown Victoria will come barreling into the Principals office, saying that IS the correct spelling TOO!
Is that Tre'viance with one ' or two?
Some babies have already learned the different feeling they get inside when a grownup really wants them around. Compare waking up in the morning believing you are a wanted child vs having a grouchy parent who never makes eye contact unless you’re about to get strapped again.
This kind of news makes me so very sad. I have a very big soft spot for children. I love them and hate to hear of their abuse. It’s unthinkable to me. I’m not a violent person but I’ll admit I couldn’t hold back were I given 10 minutes in a room with a child killer. Another thing....is it just me or does it seem that in the last 10 years or so there’s this new “creature” which evolved (or devolved)and you can see it in that they all have the same dead eyes and expression of total thuggishness devoid of normal human compassion.
“2nd red flag middle name,markese”
Well at least it wasn’t “Wayne”.
RIP poor little baby.
It's what happens when illiterate people try to name their babies.
That not a man, that's an animal.
With a name like that, no need for pictures.
Gotta be a Dane. Probably a Melancholy one.
Or a Ginger....
Dangit, foggy monitor....
My wife and I couldn’t have children. Adoption costs like they’re selling ‘em, so that’s out. The number of distressed children I’ve seen and wanted to comfort is...very high. In today’s society that would mark me as some sort of perv (”Why are you touching that child???”).
So stories like yours go straight to my heart. I’m glad you were able, and more importantly, willing, to help the little guy.
The most dangerous place in America for a child is in its mother’s womb. The second most, is at home alone with the mother’s boyfriend.
The sexual revolution is not victimless. Children suffer the most.
Let’s just say he got rid of the offspring of another man that slept with his girlfriend
There are. MIL was a middle school English teacher in NC. We helped her grade papers once while visiting, and the same little moron spelled their name at least three different ways on different papers.
Sounds rather French! “C’est tre viance, n’est-ce pas?” /s
