Yes, every year several thousand people are wrongfully killed. (ie. not people killed while committing a crime or committing suicide) However, every year roughly 2.5 million people are spared from a violent attack, rape, or murder by a legal defensive use of a firearm. Hey, would-be gun grabbers ... do you still want to disarm women, the weak, the elderly, the outnumbered? How many attacks, rapes, and murders can we put on your conscious? Do you have one? Or are you some kind of sick freak that wants to see millions of people hurt? Yes, several thousand dead a year is bad - the alternative is far far worse. So pull your heads out of your agendas and consider the consequences of your advocacy.
The difference between Sandy Hook and Arapahoe? Probably apples to oranges but one thing stands out. Sandy Hook - dial 911 and pray. 20 minutes later it ends with 26 innocent dead. Arapahoe - armed security on site. Ends in 80 seconds with the shooter dead and regrettably one innocent life taken. So, would-be gun grabbers, how {expletive} thick are you? How many have to be injured and killed before it gets through your indoctrinated skulls that "gun free" zones and passive security measures DO NOT WORK!
