in our area of Indiana, we’ve just been warned that our electric costs will go up 35% over the next couple of years due to EPA restrictions on coal fired power plants.......you folks in Pennsylvania and west virginia and other coal producing states.....how’s it working out for you???

they can keep the hull warm enough quite easily...ice won't affect it!.....besides, it is beginning the summer season there, how much longer can it take for the petunias to bloom on deck??
