Would it be any different if Rodman had went to Iraq & shook hands with Saddam in 1983 under Reagan?

Why does the MSM not ignore Rodman instead? Why do they call him irrelevant, and then continually act as if he is relevant?

Dennis Rodman is indeed a buffoon, but has this nation been involved in overthrows - as in the overthrow of elected Iranian leaders (1953) - only later to regret it?

What about Pinochet, and our supposed support of a coup, which we supposedly criticized in public but were involved with in secret? Were we involved? Did we later regret it?

Would Dennis Rodman be a buffoon to Bill O'Reilly (which O'Reilly called him last night) had it been 1983, and it had been Rummy Rodman, during the Reagan administration, and he had went and shook hands with Saddam - the Saddam who had let certain people up north of the Iraqi capital experience his gaseous tender mercies? When did this tender mercy action occur, hmm?

Yes, Obama has dropped the ball in N. Korea, and in much of the ME as well, but lets not be under any pretentions, okay?:

President George Washington summed it up well when he said that "The propitious smiles of heaven can never be expected on A NATION that disregard the ETERNAL rules of order and RIGHT, which HEAVEN itself has ORDAINED."

(CAPS for emphasis only). Inaugural Adress, 1789, Federal Hall, Wall Street, New York, New York.

I wonder what he would think of Wall Street banker bailouts, and would he consider them to be among the eternal rules of order and right... but I digress. What would he say of our foreign entanglements?

American foreign policy: He's evil, he's not evil, he's evil, he's not evil? Does the flower petal plucking continue to this day?

Would America align with Herod and ignore his whacking of family members, only to intervene later in the slaughter of the innocents if it suited us?

What happened to absolute values and absolute morality?

And thus the lesson on why we must not get involved in foreign entanglements in ended.

Why does anyone give a smelly Obama about this piece of slime?

Good grief, folks, he’s a jock.

Dennis Rodman is the quintessential “thread” that the MSM says must and should not be posted on, must be ignored, and that it is a waste of time to post on that thread....

And then they then turn around and post on it ad infinitum.

I think we need to send more people to North Korea, starting with Miley Cyrus and the Kartrashians.

If thst is true, why bother to post on him here? But I get your point... Again, Rodman is the "thead" that the MSM says must be ignored, is a waste of time to post on and should be ignored... And then that same MSM then turns around and posts on that thread ad infinitum. I wonder why? .

You have to respect Rodman, at lest he did not go to Hanoi and sat on a anti aircraft gun and provided moral support to our enemy /s

Being an expert in English is not needed here, nor are any English police needed here on this thread, though they are quite rampant on FR in the attempted derailing of topics.

No more Red Herrings, please...

Become educated on what constitutes Red Herrings instead. :)

If the U.S, hates a country, or is not in bed with them politically or doesn’t have corporate investments there, or they are stymied in these ways -— then the U.S. excoriates people like Rodman but otherwise would care less about him going to North Korea?

Surely not!!!

Just because a person is ignorant doesn’t mean he’s not entitled to an opinion.

Rodman is Obama without the Presidency.

I was seriously asking, every once in a while my wife says that and being the shy and insecure type I assumed I was wrong. No wonder the person who started the thread got testy with me.
