If time travel into the past is possible, I think it must be a “read only” experience. Rather than have a set of administrative “read-write” privileges to add, change and delete, time travelers can only observe, record and later refer to events as they occur in their respective real elapsed times.

Yep, like any mere mortal would be. I just hope there haven’t been and won’t be any so-called “Femi-Nazi” time travelers coming back hell-bent on rearranging the furniture!
