The Greentown man who used duct tape to bind his dog's feet together and tightly tape her muzzle shut is still a Pike County employee.
Russell Seese, 27, is a resource conservationist at the Pike County Conservation District, earning $32,350 a year. He was hired June 2011.
On March 1, a Pennsylvania Humane Society police officer was called to Seese's home by a state police trooper.
Seese had admitted to police that he had tortured his dog, Lexi, a tan, female Labrador mix.
On Feb. 28, Seese used duct tape to bind together the dog's front legs and back legs, and also taped shut the dog's muzzle. He then placed her in an old dirty chicken coop, still bound, with no food or water. The dog suffered traumatic injuries caused by Seese, and he did not attempt to get veterinarian care, according to a criminal complaint.

They ought to burn him alive. Make it a 4 day event. Only burn parts of his body at a time.
animal torturer?
is that an official job title?
It would appear that was his official job.
But I’m sure he would never harm a person, right?

This makes me so freakin’ mad. Agreed, burn this bastard very S...L...O...L...Y...prolong his agony. That poor doggy.
I so agree. It upsets me so much.
I would take that dog in a heartbeat if I could. Poor poochie.
Please tell me that the dog removed from this person’s custody, given the care she needed and is to be adopted by a loving person or family.
Duct tape the sick SOB and leave him in an empty horse stall that hasn’t been mucked out-for a few days.
Look at her tail wagging. She needs someone to love her, dammit. Not the scumbag who abuses her.
I’d like five minutes with him to explain clearly the value of adequate emergency medical care. Then I’ll need bail money.
strange
We're good for it.
A “conservationist”. Want to bet the puke is a lib?
Your article is from Dec 27, 2013. Here is a blog post from Dec 31, 2013 which says he was fired....
“Yesterday, Seese received a letter stating he was fired. His name has been removed from Pike Countys Conservation website which was still there yesterday.”
Why not a pig sty with several full grown hogs? Hogs will eat anything.
There was a time when some men in the area would have visited this fellow some night with several roles of duct tape.
Guy would be found on the steps of the District attorney’s office. When the tape was removed, he would be begging to plead guilty to anything.
