Some animals are more equal than others.
There’s almost no amount of justice that can pay that young lady back for all the years those people stole from her. Give her this couple’s total net assets for starters, then go from there.
I want to throw up.
Don't you will ruin your keyboard!!!
Spared jail ? Why ? This is de facto slavery (not to mention immigration fraud).
I think this is not as bad as it sounds. She may have been provided food, clothing, transportation, health care, shelter, assesory items in addition to 2500 cash.
A nice home to live in with all the comforts like cable and such, all her food and clothing with sundays off. How many Americans have to work six days a week and still live payday to payday with nothing left over. I am sure she could have left at anytime if she truly wanted to, however she would have probably been sent back to her home country to live in squaler.
If she had 2500 in a bank account after 3 years, she may have done better than many US citizens.
Oh by the way, a 300 sq. ft apt in Boston runs about 1400 a month plus utils. Plus she probably got food, clothing and medical care.
She probably got about the equivalent of 25,000 a year after taxes. Yes it is that expensive in Boston.

Since they vote Democrat, they actually helped her more than they hurt her.
Are you in Boston ?
How do you know they are democrat ?
The odds are about 40% democrat 20% independent 10% republican 30% refusing to vote.
Someplace much nicer.
if barry can do it, why are these people being prosecuted?

“if barry can do it, why are these people being prosecuted?”
They might not be democrats.
