Yeah! I thought Chester would say he didn’t send the wire to Washington, after all. And, I certainly thought they would follow through with his dealing with the bad guy!

Agreed. While anti climactic it is kinda poetic to end it as Matt walks back into the fight...
I can't take this stupid show. I'm tuned into 20th Century until 9pm. Gunsmoke is on BTW...

They’ve made some pretty darned funny jokes on this Fibber McGee and Molly. It strikes me about as funny as the other comedies like Our Miss Brooks, Jack Benny and Duffy’s Tavern.

I’m not a big SciFi fan but X Minus One is one of the better ones.

Evening, folks. And I hope Manning smokes the Seahawks like a cheap cigar.

And Happy New Year to you. Well, we're still vertical and the NSA thugs haven't kicked my door in yet, so things are about as good as I could ask for. Besides a job. The wife and I both got laid off within a month of each other right at the holidays. But hey, I look at it this way: we're getting things done around the house and I have a chance to work on reducing my middle-aged waistline. LOL!

I agree, except that evokes the spectre of “slick willi and the blew dress” :)

Hey, the Democrats said unemployed means you can spend more time with your family!
Seriously, I’m sorry to hear about that, Viking! I pray you both find what you need and soon. As you noted though, upright and sniffing air is still a very good thing! :-)
