Significantly more severe for texting in the movie theater than the severe penalty normally assessed for early withdrawal.
this is one of the reasons i never go to movies an more.
Curtis
My first and subsequent CCW courses were mostly about protection from the police...”have both thumbs on the wheel at thew 2 & 10 position with CCW, Drivers License, Registration and proof of insurance under left thumb, radio off, eyes straight ahead, and saying, “Officer, I am armed” without even my eyeballs moving, what to say in the aftermath of a self defense shooting, etc etc etc.”
But a retired police captain can kill someone for texting during a movie.
Ironically, Chad’s last text was “brb”
The killer is 71 and a retired cop
I think you probably meant rude and yeah textures are annoying as all get out. The shooter went to get his gun in order to kill this man. I hope he gets what is coming to him
whew I was trying to figure out the link and was missing severely ;)
Well, hopefully the retired cop got home safe.
At the end of the movie one of the guys in my group stands up as the lights come up and sees a guy in the row behind us, with his kids. He immediately lays into the guy telling him he shouldn't be taking his kids to a violent movie like that. Now this dad looked like he had just gotten out of the penitentiary, tatted up, shaved head, plaid shirt over a white t-shirt. I did the smart thing and bolted.
So "Dr. Spock" finds the rest of the group outside the theater and lays into me for abandoning him. I told him if he was planning on giving parenting advice to the local Mexican Mafia members to warn me so I could go see another movie.
That is Elizabeth Short, known as “Black Dahlia” after her murder.
