OK, I guess there is a history here between some folks that I was not aware of. I did think it was kind of odd to insert an anti-stalker paragraph at the end of a post about microwaves.
Yes, these weapons are being developed, mostly as non-lethal crowd dispersal. Get too close, and your outer layer of skin gets hot. Get back a few feet and it is merely warm.
The best protection isn’t tin foil - it is dressing like a responsible biker, with leather pants, jacket, gloves and non-conductive head covering.
