When a white collar hacker says he can hack their websites in 4 mins or less and download 70,000 records in that time it pains me to think what a dedicated black hacker could do in just a little bit more time and create personal hell for millions of people because of an inept government.
The obvious answer to this security problem is to have Eric Holder file some high publicity suits against Target to distract the flock.
