A 25-year-old woman was charged Wednesday with the murder of a California woman who was beaten by a group of people while waiting in line outside a Santa Ana nightclub.
Vanesa Tapia Zavala was arrested on Monday and is accused of taking part in the Saturday morning beating that left 23-year-old Annie Hung 'Kim' Pham brain-dead.
Zavala, who pleaded not guilty to the murder charge, faces 15 years to life in prison if convicted.
She was ordered to remain jailed in lieu of $1 million bail and is due back in court January 30th for a pretrial hearing.

15 year max sentence, probably only sentenced to 7 and out in 4, if they can manage to convict.
This is the same court that found two cops who handcuffed then beat to death a homeless man innocent.
And oh her attorney can rot with her.
If she gets even that I’ll be surprised.

so because it wasn't related to photo bombing, but someone accidentally bumping into someone else, that makes it less horrible? what is wrong with this lawyer?!! what a low life... just like his clients... disgusting...

A beautiful girl..may she RIP..and I bet her killer is here illegally..someone should find out her immigration status
Is it just me or is people standing around and doing nothing quite a crime in and of itself? How do people sleep at night?
She was beautiful, and I really liked the thought she posted on her blog. I’ve said similar things to my daughter.
I confess I’m a bit shocked that the murderer in question is so left without any freeper support at all.
Mr Reeves the older gentleman who shot and killed a guy over texting and popcorn in a florida theatre has quite a few people understanding why he did it (hey the other guy annoyed him!).
I think I might have stumbled onto why the difference. But I better keep it to myself.
