KFC is cutting jobs as part of a reorganization, the company said Friday.

In a statement, KFC said they have eliminated positions at the corporate office and in the field and increased investment in other functions.

"We made the difficult but necessary decision to reorganize KFC to maximize efficiencies and better reflect our current business needs," said Karen Sherman with KFC public relations, in a release.

Pathetic television ads. One has a woman slapping a man in the face. Imagine of the reverse happened. Also, they have multiple ads that are annoying as hell where the actors look into the screen and are recording their words and actions.

It’s not rocket surgery as to why.

Chick-Fil-A is very clean, the food is hot and tasty and delivered fast, and you’re greeted by everyone there as if they genuinely appreciate your business and satisfaction with their product.

Maybe if walking into a KFC wasn’t like walking into a damn museum would be helpful.

Every time I have made that mistake over the past 3 years I thought I was looking at statues behind the counter. Not sure any one of them could have fogged a mirror

Then again it ain’t much different than any other “Fast” “Food” place I have been in lately.

Slacked jawed drooling houseplants that show less animation than the zombies on “Sean of the Dead”

Things are so bad at KFC that to save money they're going to have to rename the company as KF.

Why don’t they try something extremely radical, like going back to the quality of food they served forty years ago?

Just a thought.

McDonlalds, KFC, Wendys shedding jobs. Commercial real estate in a meltdown. Strip malls all over America that look like war zones. Shopping malls deserted. JC Penny, Sears, and Kmart in a death rattle. 50 Million on Food Stamps. Real unemployment at 20 plus percent. Ten million on Social Security Disability. Inflation much worst than what the government lies say.

America - you have threw our God and elected a false messiah.

You’re just using the wrong ruler to measure Baraq’s success.

That is a chain that I’m really surprised has hung on, there price are really high, at least in California.

Don’t be so negative. EBT is at an all time high!

So true, and so tragic.

Like most Americans, I support a safety net for the truly needy, but it has become a predators net that has now ensnared not only those who take, but all of us who pay.

How can we ever turn this spigot off, or even turn it down, now that it has been going full blast for 5 years?

Moreover, our government really doesn't care about making sure those who earn food benefits are rewarded with them right now. It cares about making slaves and controlling as many people as possible.

Case in point: military Commissaries, both here and overseas, are under assault by the Federal government. These provide groceries to military and military retirees at a reduced cost (although in recent years the "savings" reported it said to be way down due to increased prices):

Pentagon Proposes Plan to Gut Commissary's Budget - Jan 22, 2014

So we see the contrast: gut money to people who earn it, but turn on the fire hose of giveaways to those who sit on their increasingly large derrieres.
