Tiger hits $1.3 billion in earnings
Tiger Woods has pushed past $1.3 billion in career earnings, according to a
report published in the February issue of Golf Digest.
The report estimates that 88 percent of the money Woods has earned since turning
pro in 1996 ($1.16 billion) has come from endorsements.

Rounding out the top five earners were Phil Mickelson ($52 million), Arnold Palmer
($40 million), Jack Nicklaus ($26 million) and FedEx Cup winner Henrik Stenson,
who earned $19 million on the course but only $2.8 million in endorsements.
