Anybody here following SyFy’s “Helix”?
I’m watching it. Missed the most recent episode, though.
That must be a hoot. Either that or very scary.
Either way I don't think I would want to watch.
I’ve been watching Helix but can’t see much of a future for the series as long as it remains confined to a single antarctic research facility.
Defiance won’t be back on SyFy till October.

Is the Gov dead-dead, walking deadocrat dead or alive?
I am not prepared to believe he is totally dead-dead. He was
shot in the chest, true. Who saw the next shot? We only heard
that, didn’t we? Where did that shot go? His head? The sod next
to his head?. Maybe it was the person who was getting ready to shoot
ol Gov who was shot and someone nurses Gov back to health.
My daughter was excited this morning because she thought for some reason Walking Dead returned tonight. I had to tell her no. So she watched reruns on Netflix for three hours until I turned it off and said do homework!
See that’s exactly what I thought at the end of the first half of this season. I figure the Gov is too evil to just go away.... after all he killed Herschel.
I'm not sure its purpose is long term but rather more like a mini-series........Either way, it's got me hooked.

Whoever is running that channel is a moron. I thought Defiance had decent ratings and showed promise, now it will lose viewers by being away too long.

I’m sending that pic to my sister-in-law and her husband.
They sort of turned up their noses at the TWD, thinking it was just a dumb horror series, because you see, they like good character-driven drama. Also, my SIL doesn’t like graphic gore.
Soooo, she called me and told me they got curious and watched an episode. That episode led to ordering the first season, which they watched compulsively.
They ordered the second season but it took a while getting there. SIL calls: “Can we borrow your Blu-Ray of the 2nd season? We’re completely addicted and we have to see what happens and-—wait! It’s on the porch! UPS brought it after all! Okay, bye!”

Its hard to find good sci fi these days.
Falling Skies is in production, Defiance is in production, the next season of Dr Who doesn’t start for a while, Walking Dead is a while off.
