Thousands of Americans have signed a petition calling for President Barack Obama to revoke Justin Biebers visa and deport him to his native Canada following his DUI arrest last week.
The Baby hitmaker was charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest without violence and driving without a valid licence in Miami, Florida on Thursday, and it seems his latest bad behaviour is the final straw for many Americans.
The petition, which was launched on Whitehouse.gov hours after his arrest, states, "We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture. We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked.
"He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nation's youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society."
The campaign has garnered over 40,000 signatures, but must reach 100,000 before White House staff will agree to review it and "ensure it's sent to the appropriate policy experts".
The White House petition is not the only campaign that has been launched following his arrest - 17 additional petitions calling for the same action have appeared online.
before we send this little punk back to Canuka, why not send a big punk back to Kenya or Indonesia?
priorities...its all in the priorities...
and the 20-30 million illegals
Mr. Obama is in full-blown Juan Peron mode and they’re worried about Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus?
He’s paying for a lot of welfare.
Well, I also think the President should make some public statement about this at the State of the Union address, so, you know, to keep Americans informed that the crisis is being defused as of the very moment.
Bread & circuses.
The comments on the link are hilarious.
He’s rich and the rich almost never have to pay for their crimes.
Once *that* issue is resolved we can turn to Bieber.
My sources in Washington inform me that the President will address this issue in the speech tomorrow evening. Seriously this time. Be sure to watch.
At least the Beiber came by his millions honestly.
I'd rather give a wolverine a bikin wax.
Frankly, I would love to see little Bieber go to Maricopa County, Arizona and pull his antics there before we ship his little keister back to the Land of The Draft Dodgers. I’m thinking that Sheriff Joe would give the little bowl floater a much needed attitude adjustment.
to revoke Justin Biebers visa and deport him to his native Canukistan
Can we do Piers Morgan too?
I can’t stand the punk, but what is he doing different than what dozens of other current “musicians”, athletes, actors and celebrities do that get excuses made for them by the same media?
I seem to remember seeing that his BAC wa a whopping .016%, and the “drag race” was a frightening 60 mph in a 35.
That’s about a half of a can of a 3.2% Coors
Poor young feller can’t afford a belt. Maybe a nice pair of teddy-bear suspenders...
I know what a bieber is, I have one stuned, but what’s a Justin?
Doesn’t Florida have a statute that allows the public scrapping of cars involved in illegal racing or am I mistaken?
She should be deported just for doing that stupid wrecking ball video.
Oh, good grief!
The pious mouthing in Toronto alone will be enough to bring him down to earth.
LOL! It looks like his Huggie is full.
and ditch his dad..
He’s got pants made for prison.
LOL! I guess I was right.
You would think he could afford a belt.
He’s not interested in belts...or what he can afford...and that’s much to do with his problems.
I understand his parents gave him his first anxiety pills...and his mom was once an addict..and is dad is still messed up. But then Hollywood likes stories so you never know what is truth or not in that den of filth...it rubs off on them all and most wallow in it.
It isn’t anything that 13 weeks of Boot Camp couldn’t cure. I’m serious. That kid could find out who the hell he is - a lot of us did - but at the rate he’s going he’ll never know. The religion of Celebrity is going to kill this kid and we’re all going to get to watch. I don’t even think it’s funny anymore. Well, OK, only a little, and only if it turns out all right, but that’s a losing bet at the moment...
...”It isnt anything that 13 weeks of Boot Camp couldnt cure. Im serious.”....
Oh I can agree to that..... But he is like Miley Cyrus.... both are headed the same way Whinehouse took if there isn’t some intervention, as well as they themselves realizing they’re train wrecking.
Hollywood is well known to be a cesspool of filth and corruption. You cannot put a kid in that without some very stiff and hard boundaries.....something most won’t give these kids cause they’re all making money off from them.
Someone once said that guests and fish spoil after 3 days. After his latest stunt this little cod has passed his expiration date and needs to be sent packing back to Canada. Damn shame, too. Canada deserves much better than this brat...
America doesn’t deport anyone. Except the Democrats are trying to have Ted Cruz deported to lower Siberia.
I can’t decide whether they’ll refuse to deport him because that might cause their precious illegals to fret that America actually does deport people sometimes, and then all those wonderful people will be, horror of horrors, “living in the shadows...” or whether they WILL deport the Bieb because they seem to love to deport white people, like that German homeschooling family and that British girl.
Well, we’ll see, I suppose.
Yes that is the truth. Thought you might like to know he is to return to Canada by Wednesday. Seems he got a little testy at a limo driver last December 29th, in Toronto. A charge of assault has been made.
Reasonable grounds could be made not to allow him to re-enter the USA. However any "Charlie" who did not look quite right, could be sent back to Canada at the drop of a hat. I live at the Ontario/Michigan border and I know this.
Fame seems to go a long way though- in this old world. (chuckle.
