It's four years after the last story came to an end, but Jack Bauer certainly hasn't lost any of his edge.
Kiefer Sutherland was seen shooting scenes for the new 24 series Live Another Day in London on Monday, with glimpses from the set showing that the 12-part season will be more action-packed and exciting than ever.
The action picks up as Kiefer's character Jack is a fugitive in the capital and on the run from the CIA.

12 episodes for a real time season of 24? Will they be two hours each or will Jack finally have time to grab a sandwich and hit the bathroom between episodes?

The entire season will take place in 24 hours but it will be compressed into 12 viewing hours. I’m okay with that.

Somebody should tell J”ack Bauer” that he should not keep his finger on trigger when not actively pulling that trigger. I know it’s just television, but that is a basic safety measure all trained people observe.

"Somebody should tell Jack Bauer that he should not keep his finger on trigger when not actively pulling that trigger."
That's the first thing I noticed in those stills also. If he was surrendering, had his hands up with his finger on the trigger, that would make the person on the other end jittery, that's for sure...
