JET NOISE OVER WASHINGTON, DC

Got a question for Washington, DC-Maryland Freepers who live in the PG and Calvert Counties. I woke up last night at around 2330 to the sound of loud jet engines. At first I thought it was a tornado, it was so loud. It sound like it was right over the house. It was jet engines, that seemed to go up from Calvert County to PG and then back down. This lasted for about 15-29 minutes. Where I live, PAX River NAS is to the south and Andrews AFB is to the norh. Anyone hear this and/or know what was going on?

I believe Bambi was setting off on some jaunts to the Midwest after his stupid speech, and the Mooch was also going on a (separate) trip elsewhere to promote her “fitness program.” Maybe they were preparing for this precious cargo...

Urban warfare training? Lot of that going on. When I resided close to Quantico, choppers would regularly fly directly over my house at seemingly rooftop level. Noise and vibration was incredible. Usually this occurred late night, involving a multiple rotors, heavy lift, always headed SW from Quantico. Probably headed to A.P. Hill.

Could be prep for Superbowl. There was Airforce activity over NJ and NY early this morning and the planes involved all landed on Long Island.
