Recently MSNBC made the statement that the "right wing" would hate a biracial family.

When I think about it, I can't help but wonder who is really more apt to have a "biracial" family? I suspect it's conservatives by a long-shot, here's why:
1. From what I've seen, middle class and upper class liberals usually seem content to have their one or two biological children. Conservatives tend to have larger families. Almost all of the children adopted from China, Guatemala, Korea, and Africa have been from very conservative and religious families.
2. I've known many conservative military service men that married women from the Philippines, Vietnam, or wherever they were stationed. Liberal men are much less apt to join the military and have this option available to them.
3. Many of the American men and women I know that are married to someone from India or Africa are those from missionary families. There's no one more conservative than missionary families.
Although we probably really can't call them conservative, but they were Republican Presidential candidates, Romney has a black grandchild, McCain has an adopted daughter (Guatemala?), Bush has several Latina in-laws.
I doubt there's any data on this topic anywhere, and I guess it doesn't matter other than exposing the endless hypocrisies the left.

Yep. The African dark hair, skin and eyes don't absorb the sun so much because they get PLENTY of sun anyway and don't need the "absorbing" skin, hair and eye colors.
Apparently, the reason the northern folks have such light hair, eyes and skin is because they absorb the "rarer" sunlight easier than the darker hair, skin and eyes. At least, that's the latest reason for color. Nordic folks get SIX months of darkness.
I was in Finland during June one year, wearing my SUNGLASSES at 10:30 at night. Mind you, the sun came up but never rose more than a few degrees above the horizon. So strange.
Also in Finland (Suomi) I NEVER saw so many drunks (all men) IN MY LIFE. They were scattered all over Helsinki, drunk as wheelbarrows.
Finland DID have the BEST ice cream I ever tasted....must be LOADED in butter fat.

His mom was from some village up in Peru, with an African grandfather. Pictures of Zimmerman’s mom with her grandparents show a pretty dark skinned family, and if you watched her and Zimmerman’s uncle during the trial they are a lot darker than most African Americans despite being only one eighth African.
The open pride in their multiracial heritage was unhinging to the Sharpton/Jackson crowd.

This right winger has no problem with such families.My concerns are that they be married, one man one woman, and best if Christian or Jewish.

I have seen that, too. I have found myself in conversation with some that turned to reasons why they got married. Both sides tended to say things like it was impossible to find like minded (conservative, wanting to be married, not hooking up, among same race others.
I have no issue with biracial families. When a man loves a woman.... I do look on in wonderment at bipartisan families. Not allowed in our house. :-}
When WASP (White Anglo Saxon Protestant) was the term of derision for the dominant American culture Walter Williams used to call American Negros BASPs because they shared the dominant culture and had nothing in common with Africa beyond some of their genes.
Duck Dynasty’s Willie and Korie adopted a black child and named him after Willie. But libs hate the Robertsons. Libs also come unglued when a white family wants to adopt a black child because the poor kid won’t know his culture.

Yep. There's almost no such thing as a racially pure black American. My family DNA is European, African, and Native American.
The 'one drop' rule still applies, though.
