Speaking of FB, I think I just discovered that my daughter moved in with her boyfriend.....not really sure yet, but he just said he’d have her call me right away to explain. I told him it better be good.

I agree with you on FB-not gonna do it, wouldn’t be prudent-ever. I think it is just fine for someone who doesn’t mind being “out there” with everything, but I’ve always had a preference for staying under the radar.
A rabbit hole my computer geek friend and neighbor had enabled me to hear about would be customers who go there, and blab their bad intentions toward vendors they hire-namely not paying them-I made a list of them, so if they call, I just tell them I’m too busy-times are hard enough without that s***.
I’ve also seen how acquaintances I think are weird anyway post the most inappropriate things ever-all the gossip, confidential info, selfish and provocative selfies on other peoples “serious” posts, etc. Hence, I keep any FB or other “social media” posters I know-family included-in the hello-how-are-you only category.
If I were still working as a case manager, one of my interview questions for clients would be whether they do FB or any other thing like that. If “yes”, I’d write “possibly indulges in attention getting behavior”, and watch my conversations with them just as I would with a known industrial spy...

LOL!!! well i had heard that as more and more “old” people get on FB, the younger people are fleeing it for snapchat and instagram etc. My kids are still on it, and they police each other, so i don’t have to! and like i said, my friend Paula will send me stuff about people we went to HS with, whom i have long forgotten and i find it interesting, but not enough to get on there myself. Just skeeves me out.

so SU lives to fight another day. just spoke to xsboy who was at both Saturday and last night’s games and said they were awesome. Hockey coach let them off from practice last night so the team could go. Looking forward to going up there next weekend for senior night, but dreading the weather!!
One of the people who I wouldn’t do work for on a bet is a realtor in the next county north that posts their RE estate ads and shills for business all over a site of one of those odd self help groups-they also hired my geek friend to upgrade the office computers, then whined about him on FB-before he finished the job. He took what had already been paid, and gave them the stiff middle finger, along with a copy of the rants-I LMAO when he told me how they sputtered and demanded to know how he knew about their “private conversations”-dumbass...
yes, amazing there are still those who consider the “internets” to be private conversations! my kids at least know better than that, thank the Lord.

just tried to send Paula flowers at the hosp and realized after i got the online confirmation that i had said to deliver tomorrow, instead of today, when i am fairly certain she will be released tomorrow. luckily i called bc i had used a local florist, and spoke to a live human who fixed it and said they would get them to her today. my head is throbbing and i am not operating on all cylinders here!
