A 23 year-old woman has been charged with injury to a child after police say she threw her 8-month-old baby onto a moving vehicle.
According to police, Lorena Garcia threw the child onto the car of her estranged husband Roberto Zepeda on Dec. 7 during an argument concerning a financial agreement for the couple’s four children.
