Perhaps it was the nature of the town. Alexandria Bay, New York was a town of 1,800 in the winter, but expanded to perhaps 7,500 during the spring and summer. To keep a lid on all the kids coming from the Canadian side on long weekends, perhaps the bars stocked 'low-test'. Don't know. I do recall one brand, usually bought from stores on the 'blue' docks, called 'America's Best' I believe. It was bought certainly not for taste, but for price, the cheapest available. Such things happen when you are an early 20-something!

If you have a Canadian passport, tix to Sochi and can talk your way past the Russian security, you qualify!
Might be cheaper to go to your local beer store, though not quite the same adventure.

Yep, by law you’re a Canadian citizen so you can get a passport.

You gets the good with the bad. You got Lorne Green and Paul Anka and more recently, this lady:
Unfortunately, she now lives in Switzeland with a new Swiss hubby.
Remember that we got too many draft dodgers in the '60s, 70s, and from the Iraq war. It is unfortunate that the 'bieber is on stune', but there is no 'satisfaction guaranteed' policy. Knowing what we know of 0.00, he is not likely to request deportation.

Not familiar with that one, but there’s an abundance of great craft beers here in the US.
