Rise and shine, tis St. Valentine’s Day. Candy and flowers on my desk, homework on the blackboard. Class is in session.
you know we love it when you talk dirty to us...
especially on Valentine’s day...
LMAO talking dirty? ok, tears are forming.... A+++
It’s hard to believe Obama’s been president for 6 years. It feels like this neverending phantasmagoria of political horror has been unfolding for a decade or more.
Top ten “not dirty” words:
ramrod, angina, masticate, coccyx, philatelist, fallacious, Uranus, organism, pianist, rectory
Doesn’t it, though? A+++
ok, get your mind out of the gutter and speak of LOVE!
Just contemplating another inch or two of snow tonight.
It’s always my job to bring a phantasamagoria of a Valentine box for the classroom — all lace doilies, ribbons, and sparkles.
You filthy thing!!!! LOL!
Inching along in beltway traffic trying to head north!
You forgot “voiced bilabial fricative.”
Sorry I am not sure how to post a valentine from my phone. Happy val day to you. My valentine gave me a card— I’m sure the Shari’s berries, lifesize Vermont teddy bear and hoodie pajama gram were held up due to weather ; )
Because that's not what a phone is for. It's for you to take naughty selfies and post them for us, in the spirit of the holiday.
Roads are clear in front of my house, bare road in fact. Melting already. Should be good traveling through NY. Just a little disconcerting to see more snow fluttering down.
I would but too many layers ; )
I have a pot roast in the oven and #2 son to clean up the snow. Happy, Happy, Happy!!!
not oven, crockpot. rme even better.
Good to know. We are moving now took an hour to cross the Potomac to maryland! On 15 now to Harrisburg.
Well, when he lost by only a few hundred almost-frauded-over votes in Florida, the democrats really failed to enjoy a phantasnomoreaGorical day back in November 2000.
But we almost got a republican president!
Glad to hear you are not stuck somewhere - keeping fingers crossed for a “jam-free” trip!
Those little desserts are so cute! I’m helping with a baby shower and those might work!
Thanks, smooth sailing thus far in the dead zone between Harrisburg and Wilkes barre on 81
It is supposed to get to 68-70 this afternoon and all weekend-maybe even warmer, but the nights are still freezing, or almost...
When watching or reading news
The only thing you can say
Is that this phantasmagoria
Is nothing like yesterday-
Is all DC down the rabbit hole?
What else can really explain
Why we know it is snowing
But congress calls it rain
Obama is playing red queen-
Instead of lopping the head
Of ‘rats running from Obamacare,
He changes that law instead
A+++ I dream of weather in the 70s. Please, let spring surprise us and come early. Beats the 3 feet of snow outside.
I can criticize until I bore ya’
About the Obamacare phantasmagoria
How the dream of healthcare
Became a nightmare
Destroying the liberals’ euphoria
Those words remind me of a few jokes, such as:
She: Doctor says I can’t have sex because I have acute angina.
He: Your boobs are nice, too.
I left Texas on Wednesday after 8 days of freezing weather. You're welcome.
It is just a “false spring” and won’t last more than a week-late February to early March are notoriously unpredictable here-in recent years, it has been freezing into early April where I am...
Thank you! The almanac is not predicting an early Spring, never mind the groundhog-if Joe Bastardi and some others are right, we are getting back into a colder cycle of weather...
I am sick of the COLD frozen tundra. Get me outa here!
I read a tip on how to clean cast iron pans and it works. Took me a couple of minutes to clean with salt. I just tossed the salt in generously and used my kitchen brush...no water. It all came right off, then I rinsed and treated my pan. All in all I was done in 5 minutes. Phew, I have been slaving over that pan.
I love the salt cleaning method-did you also add a few drops of cheap veggie oil to the salt to speed up the process? My mom had a container of salt in the cabinet with the cleaning stuff, right next to the Comet cleanser-which I think is the absolute worst for cast iron-I’ve ended up re-seasoning the whole thing from scratch any time I used powdered cleanser.
Ick-it was mean of you to post that-and didn’t some woman that he allegedly harassed-a masseuse, I think-call him a “crazed sex poodle” awhile back?
Thanks. Thats a soft-on for a month.
Sorry — I hope the “anti-Valentine” did not ruin your day in that regard .....
OMGosh. My car is stranded in the latest storm out on our hill. I had to walk on up the hill home. I am still shaking. My car would skid a little and the anti-lock brakes kept coming on....never did that to me before. I came to a complete stop on the steepest part of the hill. Nothing to do after that. I am still shaking.
Glad you are ok.
Newer cars have stability or traction control. This is designed to stop the wheels from spinning.
On the snow you sometimes need the wherls to spin so you need to turn this off.
I had to turn the “ESC” off in my wife’s car the other day to get it up the driveway.
I am not sure what year yours is, but there is a “TRAC OFF” button on the 2007 model, located to the right of the steering wheel on the dash.
Interesting. I will have to check the manual and controls. Thanks.
