I would suggest Burke County, GA, but only if you can handle an immense amount of stupid from your neighbors. Honestly, I’d have no problem with this state if the people here weren’t so retarded on a regular basis.

Depending on what type of weather you like, Northern Georgia, East Tennessee, Alabama, Florida Panhandle from Marianna West.

Oklahoma, South Carolina, Kansas, Missouri.

For taxes, Florida and Tennessee. For pleasant Summers, North Georgia, Western N.C. and East Tenn.

For absolute conservative neighbors, Oklahoma, Alabama, South Georgia, Texas away from big cities, and Florida Panhandle.
