Unbelievable !!! Female NBC Reporter interviewing Bode Miller after his Super G Bronze Medal asked a question concerning the passing of Bode's brother. That was a fair question to ask.
Then, she asked a second question about his brother. Fair? Questionably ...
But, like a pit bull attacking a ham bone - she couldn't let go. HAD to ask two more questions concerning the brother ...
It left Bode in tears ...
Way to go NBC - Proud of yourselves ???

What makes that interview even worse is that it was on tape delay, so NBC had all day to edit it before they showed it in prime time and chose not to!! They think it was a good idea to show that! They are a disgrace! Is anyone surprised? Not me!!

I saw it tonight on TV. I wanted to get out of my chair and shove her mike where the sun don’t shine...especially after the second time she purposely tried to get him to break down on camera. NBC should fire her ass...

I am watching the Olympics as a distraction tonight and yep, I saw that awful ‘interview’. Shameful, what a heartless pos. All media makes me furious these days.

However, let me take this opportunity to pass on this great Obama diss I heard tonight.
We watch the Showtime show “Shameless” which really lives up to its name. It is the story of a hopeless drunken man (Irish American, of course, of Chicago, fwiw) and his hapless family.
It’s extremely well done, with William Macy in the performance of a lifetime as Frank Gallagher, but it’s just brutal and filled with degeneracy of all kinds and just super awful. Not for many Freepers, I reckon, so fair warning if anyone is inspired to check it out.
But tonight there was a bit of a conversation between 2 of the characters, a man and woman who are about to have several children. He is white and she is black and he’s reassuring her that their children will be OK. He says: they’ll be fine, they’ll play for the Bulls and one will grow up to be president.
She says: President of the United States?!?
And he says: sure, why not, we already elected a half black half white Muslim who’s got the name of a dictator.
I had to give hubby a high five and “Shameless” a round of applause for that one!
[dialogue is paraphrased as indicated and he did say a *something* dictator, but I didn’t catch that one word, understandably as I was already in shock!]
