Urine is sterile, unless you have a bladder infection. More of a health hazard from other things that are probably routinely done at the restaurant.

Perhaps you are in the know, as my retail experience is decades old now (thankfully), but district managers are one step above store managers on the food chain and their base compensation was not all that great.
It would surprise me that the average pizza hut dm makes 150K.
But like I said, my last year working retail I earned about 10 grand, back when that was enough to pay rent and buy some beer. Food was affordable only during alternate weeks.

NONSENSE....wash the damned sink....no one will ever be harmed by someone peeing in a sink....good grief, people wash their bebies in kitchen sinks all the time, do you suppose that they NEVER pee in their bath water.....was the action of the employee disgustingof curse was but basically it meant NOTHING....there are cleaning solutions that kill everything except stainless steel...get over it.
