I don’t know why these foreigners never have the common courtesy to play the games at 7 or 8 PM like civilized people.

I imagine they’ll probably play Miller in goal to start the Bronze-medal game at least ... is Howard even ready or available to play?
I hope the boys get some goals in this game to back him up – tough to win any game when you don’t score.

I'm a little surprised at the local sports cognoscenti – many of the talking heads maintain that Quick has to play tomorrow, because a medal is at stake & you don't want to go through the entire stretch of games w/o any medal. Trying not to be a homer here, but what do you folks think?

That was pretty much the crux of their arguments, which are valid points. Plus you don’t want to disrupt any chemistry that has developed in the locker room to this point. We’ll always have the chance to second-guess Bylsma later tomorrow, but it shouldn’t come to that vs. FIN ;)

I’m rooting for my team’s captain now. He is smoking hot out there. I heard that annoying announcer say “Weber’s shot hits the glass! Is the glass okay?” Am I the only one who cannot stand that guy’s commentary? He knifed it, he finessed it, give me a break buddy and get a dictionary.
