The Romans did this one better, if Livy can be believed.

Livy says that Lucius Tarquinius (later the 7th king of Rome) and his brother Arruns were married to the two daughters, both named Tullia, of Servius Tullius, the 6th king of Rome.

Lucius Tarquinius was fiery and ambitious and so was Arruns' wife, but Arruns and Lucius' wife were mild-mannered. So Arruns' wife killed her husband and Lucius killed his wife, then Lucius married the surviving Tullia. Obviously made for each other.

Soon afterwards, Servius Tullius is murdered by agents of Lucius Tarquinius. Tullia sees her father's dead body in the street and has her chariot driven over it.

So it turns out that Hillary is not the most ruthless wife of a ruler in recorded history.
