According to my friend, three-inch heels, but she’s also naturally tall. A beautiful young friend is six feet tall; she has to bend down to greet me even with low-heeled loafers. In the Eighties, I met Cindy Crawford, who hails from Dekalb, Illinois; she’s around 5’10” tall in her stocking feet.
