Just caught a snippet of Savage and he was offering a prize to somebody for mentioning Mark Levin on the air. This is certainly setting the talk show bar nice and high, so I’ll see if he actually does it. If not, I’ll switch to George Noory. Plus I think KTTH might be running CBS Radio Mystery Theatre. This will be the first time Ive listened to Savage in about 2 weeks.

My hunch is that he’ll either forget about it or won’t get calls about it.

Has Savage talked about the Justina Pelletier case?

Well, just as I predicted, after teasing the Levin thing, he doesn’t mention it.

The Pizza Hut sink urinater was clearly WHITE, and while I suppose he may not be a legal citizen, he doesnt fit the demographic that Savage assumed. Savage is so brilliant that he talked about it before looking at the video.
Again with the banned-in-Britain sob story. Again with claims that women he doesnt like students should be working in brassiere stores or cleaning toilets. Has anybody told Savage that people don’t really us the term nymphomaniac any more?
How can Savage’s show be so high in the ratings when he rehashes the same stuff year after year?

Up early this morning and listening live . Caller says Putin was a former KGB agent , and Savage “ corrects “ him by saying Putin was “ head of the KGB “ . Even I know he was never head of the KGB . This isn’t the first time Sabage has said this either .

Savage gets a number of things wrong, like attributing Ruby Ridge to Clinton’s tenure. That said, I think he’s way off base about the Ukraine. Hitler was democratically elected.

A minor correction. Hitler was appointed chancellor legally, and was elected or supported enthusiastically afterward

Bugs me when Savage tells a caller that he’s changing the subject... then Savage changes the subject. And no, caller was right, Mexicans don’t (yet) have US passports.

I always felt that Ruby Ridge was forshadowed by the Gordon Kahl case in the 1980s, and it in turn foreshadowed Waco. But you’re right—I guess Ruby Ridge happened in the spring or summer of 1992, when Bush 41 was still pres.

Yes, I looked it up. Ruby Ridge was in Aug. 1992, before Clinton was elected.
People like Savage have a responsibility to keep simple facts straight, and correct themselves when they don’t. Other talk show hosts do, though they usually don’t make such obvious errors in the first place.

Savage just treated Jimmy from Brooklyn like he is an idiot . Just because Jimmy didn’t go to UC Berkeley , or college for that matter , he is attacked and dismissed for disagreeing with yesterday’s guest from Alex Jones’ show . I’m just about ready to say goodbye to Savage forever . What a jerk .

I heard that interview yesterday. Guest basically said everyone... including Obama and his minions are “neocons”. Yawn.

I’m pissed always when there is real news to talk about, Savage will always be the opposite on any news event just for shock value and to be ‘’different’’. He is only good to listen to when there is no real news going on.

Please Mike, stick to meat ball recipes and dentist horror storeis.

A fair question to Mike would be “how much global politics, world geography, and history did you learn as a result of your advanced college degrees?”. Of course the answer is none, since none of his degrees are even remotely political in nature. He learned it like we all do, by reading books, newspapers, the internet, and then filtering it through our own life experiences and ability to reason.

Yes he is. Jones' only saving grace is that he often links to external news stories that would otherwise remain below the radar, but as far as Jones goes, yeah he is too over the top.
