I have a dear friend who goes to Key West at least once a year but I have zero desire to go within 50 miles of that place.
Then you should know that “being sent to Belize” is a euphemism used by Saul Goodman when he thought Walter wanted someone killed.
I think I’m the only one who watched but just didn’t like that series. No likeable characters. None. No one with integrity. No one admirable. Interesting to watch a guy turn from good to evil but that was it.
We didn’t do Key West but twice-it was too crowded-I’m sure it hasn’t gotten any less so in 10 years. We liked Key Largo, but I liked the out of the way places on the less tourist-y lower keys best-I’m guessing that has changed into a tourist nightmare, too...

I just don’t like to be brought down when I watch something on TV-that happens when I watch the news-I want to be entertained or informed. I like the programs that follow history with reasonable closeness-like Vikings, The Tudors, etc-the Brits are very good at that.
At least with something that portrays historical characters you can go to one of the many British historical sites online and find out how it ended for the “real” person that character is based on, if you don’t already know. It ends badly-eventually-for even most of the good guys in Vikings-those were brutal times...
I heard my favorite Alice in Chains song on the way home from the general store-

The words are just angst and whining, but I love the heavy bass and beat...
