I wonder why they didn't describe him.

Well, at least they didn't say ivory-handled revolver ..... which lets out George Patton.

They never seem to describe the suspects. For a basically lawless police department, you would think that they would want to get the public to help them. But I could be wrong.

A friend of mine just returned from New Orleans. We warned her NOT TO WALK ALONE if she went to the French Quarter. A friend of mine, a retired NYPD officer, saw three unarmed visiting officers robbed at gunpoint down there during Mardi Gras.

A legacy of Ray “I’m a convict now” Nagin’s PC and racist administration.

I lived there in the 80’s, it was that bad then.

Ruths Chris started there in a bad neighborhood, Claiborne. The parking attendants were not just armed, they carried the guns in their hands.

This story is like “dog bites man”. This would seem to be commonplace in N.O.
