I wonder why you can’t Sea-Monkeys anymore? Extinct? Anyone knows?

PETA probably got into the act, or they’re not as interesting as a virtual pet on the computer.

Used to be virtually every hot dog was pretty much composed of “The Five T’s” - teats, testicles, tongues, tails, and tripe.
Is this no longer the case?

When I lived there, the American Coney Island dog was the best (and not their next door neighbor who's name shall not be spoken :^) ). Yum, Yum, eat ‘em up. 3 for breakfast, 3 for lunch, and a large bag full for the family dinner...hahha.

At Todoroff’s in Jackson you can buy their topping in tubs for making a Coney at home.

Just went to their web site, really cool looking building. My kind of place.
I love the diagramatic pic on the web site depicting the coney and all the toppings.
Dang, sure looks tasty and looks like a REAL coney. Now I'm hungry and want one or six...
Tomorrow, I will ring them up to see if they ship their sauce and dogs.
Further, I grew up on the American, should my family find out that I ordered from them, I would ostracized.
I still have family in Detroit after all....

Once there was a hole-in-the-wall hot dog joint in downtown Birmingham, Alabama that served the best hot dogs I ever had. It was Pete’s Famous Hot Dogs and it featured a proprietary sauce that others tried to copy but couldn’t. The owner, a Greek immigrant, died in 2011 and he took his secret to the grave. Darn it!
