A Smyrna woman has been charged with murder after police say she admitted lacing her husband's steroid injections with antifreeze.
State police say 44-year-old Jamie Baker was arrested on Thursday and charged with first-degree murder in the death of her husband, 42-year-old James Baker.

Wifey could sure use a makeover. We can’t know what kind of an idiot her husband was…maybe abusive, maybe not. But an abusive guy on steroids could have been dangerous.
Steroids are terrific!!! I was stung by a whole swarm of wasps, swelling was incredible, doctor finally gave me a six-day course of steroids when nothing else worked. I now understand why people will go to great lengths to get them. NEVER felt stronger, more energetic in my life….
My adult daughter and her friend came to Seattle that weekend to shop for formal dresses for the Christmas office party, and they could NOT keep up with me as I leapt tall buildings….LOL
Anyway, putting antifreeze in steroids sounds like premeditated murder to me.

He and Jamie were married for 21 years.
From the pics at the link, he's 42, looks 30, handsome and in excellent physical shape. She's 44, but her face looks like that of a 60 year old.
I'm guessing she realized that he could dump her and easily replace her with a cute 20-something women, and couldn't deal with it. Or perhaps it was for the insurance money.
