I agree. Sony completely screwed up with PS3, but looks to have rebound with PS4. However, I don’t think MS screwed up as badly as this article suggests. Never Ever has the most powerful console ever won in the console wars race. The XBOX ONE is plenty strong enough to give gamers what they want AND it has great TV integration via the HDMI port.

If specs won the war the Dreamcast, N64 and XBOX (first one) would be king.

As they say, there’s a first time for everything. It’s been pretty amazing that straight power hasn’t resulted in first place in the past, but there are other factors. Today, it sure looks like everything is lining up perfectly for Sony...I certainly plan on picking up a PS4 and not an XB1.

Most telling, my oldest son is a hard-core Xbox fan and couldn’t care less about the XB1 so far.
