Exactly - they keep the NIPRNet so locked down that it's tough to get to a lot of legitimate sites. I wonder where he works that they get such open access.

On the flip side - possible that it's phone-type access with private devices vs. gov't resources (other than him).

Ahh yes, the SEC. They could not find Bernie Madoff, but heck, at least they nailed Martha Stewart.

Hmmm. Come to think of it was not one of Madoff’s daughters married to an SEC investigator? Hmmm.
