In a recently completed study from Texas A&M University, President Barack Obama has been rated as the 5th best in history.
“After only 5 years in office, Americans have rated President Obama the 5th best in history.”Here are the Results:

While I am far from being an apologist for Islam, there are a number of hospitals in Pakistan, India, Tajikistan, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, which are run by the Aga Khan Health Services foundation which is Ismailist Muslim.
The one in Nairobi, at least, has a good reputation and treats Muslims & non-Muslims alike.
