Massive blaze burning at residential building under construction in Montrose (Houston)

A huge fire is burning at a residential building under construction in the Montrose area.

The blaze is happening at West Dallas and Marconi. A large portion of the building is on fire.

Flames and smoke can be seen from miles away.

Firefighter have called for a 4th alarm.

I saw this when I went out to get lunch. It was billowing black, black smoke. I could see it from Hempstead and Mangum.
