Weight Watchers just wants you to lose weight. The best way to do it is by eating healthy food generally, drinking loads of water and avoiding the usual “empty calories,” etc. It works if you can eat a lifetime of yogurt and out-of-season fruit and are always close to a bathroom.

Don't forget the exercise. Even if one just MOVES a bit it's extremely healthy. Exercise has been the topic of the week. It's half of the weight loss formula.

Eating right, eating less and exercising worked for me.
I got my 5% star yesterday.

Yes, Weight Watchers DOES want you to lose weight. They also want you to keep the weight off, forever.
Nothing wrong with that.

Weight Watchers has never been that big on exercise. They’ve been criticized for that. It’s a good organization; one of the best weight-lose programs in America.
