I stopped drinking diet coke over a year ago because I'd rather drink iced tea (no sugar) plus I could save money not buying coke and they were heavy to bring in the house. It's usually hot in Texas so most everyone has a cold drink handy. Iced tea quenches my thirst better than iced water. Now, they will likely do a test using iced tea and say don't drink that.

We would be at our healthy best if we stopped eating food and drinking anything - that would probably get high marks for healthy living. More money would have to be spent on tombstones, however.

What kind of tea do you use? It’s better if you brew your own.

My husband had a barber whose idea of a diet was: If it tastes good, spit it out. :o)

I drink ice water.
