A triumphant President Barack Obama declared Tuesday his signature medical insurance overhaul a success, saying it has made America's health care system 'a lot better' in a Rose Garden press conference. But buried in the 7.1 million enrollments he announced in a heavily staged appearance is a more unsettling reality. Numbers from a RAND Corporation study that has been kept under wraps suggest that barely 858,000 previously uninsured Americans – nowhere near 7.1 million – have paid for new policies and joined the ranks of the insured by Monday night.

Where does a person get all these things for free? If the policy has a deductible you haven’t reached does the chosen doctor have to accept you for these procedures or do you go somewhere else? How can this work?

No, I would respectfully contend that the time to fight the battle against Obamacare is NOW, more than ever. Just wait until this evil Marxist regime decides to stop granting any further delays and waivers, thus rudely awaking tens of millions of Americans for the first time to the horrible reality that their health insurance premiums are soaring, they’re no longer allowed to keep their doctors, and/or losing their existing health plans altogether and facing IRS penalties. A huge chunk of the law hasn’t even been fully implemented yet and that happens to represent the massive amount of excrement just waiting to hit the fan!

This was a terrible and unfortunate oversight on my part.
Insurance companies have to provide as part of ACA requirements. You go to your primary physician who is one of your insurance company's providers for an annual physical and you pay $0 and your insurance company pays whatever they have negotiated with your doc. The other items are either performed by your doc or referred out by him.
Those were the sweeteners. The bad news comes from higher premiums to pay for all of the "free" stuff.
