didn’t the noble Bison fart? Weren’t there thundering herds of them all over the US?

I guess now it was a good thing we slaughtered the Bison, as it staved off glo BULL warming.

And they now control the health care system.

Okay, we all stop eating meat and cheese. So there is no longer a market for beef or dairy cattle. What happens to these species? Will they become extinct? As the Greenies keep telling me, “Extinct is forever!”

What do I do? I’m torn!

The burger joint Hubby and I frequent has a burger called The Pigpen. 3/4 lb. of burger, house-smoked bacon (they do their own), grilled black forest ham, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, and the house special sauce. It’s SO good. They have another one that has all that and 28 oz. of ground chuck. It’s a foot tall. I’ve never tried that one.

Screw these people. What’s next,a proposal to depopulate the third world?

I'd probably second that. Think of how the world's "carbon footprint" would go down. But as far as the meat and cheese thing, just no.

Let’s see tomorrow night I’ll take the Mrs. out for supper and I’ll be sure I have a double order of beef tips and a milk shake. She’ll have some type of beef. We’ll top it off with an ice cream sundae. We’ll come home to a well lit house {Par 38 Halogen floods on outside} driving our nice big high top conversion van.

Noop. Not in this house- neither the pups, nor us (probably not the fish-to-come, either).

I’m surprised nobody’s posted this yet (via Drudge)

http://atlanta.cbslocal.com/2014/04/01/study-vegetarians-less-healthy-lower-quality-of-life-than-meat-eaters/

Vegetarians are less healthy than meat eaters, have a 50% higher risk of heart disease & cancer, more chronic conditions, & mental health problems.
From the article:

“Chronic problems associated with vegetarians and people eating carnivorous diets rich in fruits and vegetables were linked to more frequent visits to doctors, which the study authors suggest requires public health programs to reduce the health risk due to their nutritional factors.”

Plus: Vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, & legumes, especially) are notorious for causing gas.

But even eliminating all carbon dioxide emissions from the energy and transportation sectors may not be enough

That's a great first step before we stop eating meat and cheese. Let's stop burning any hydrocarbon fuel. And we're not allowed to make hydrogen from hydrocarbon fuel, either, for those who are big on hydrogen as a fuel, because the manufacture of hydrogen from hydrocarbons also releases CO2. So, it's solar and wind.

But why stop with meat and cheese? Think how much reduction in CO2 emissions we could have if we stopped eating altogether.

This was last night for me ... a small chain called Freddy's ... double-cheeseburger, mustard, pickle, onion rings, had some fries, too, and a 32oz Dr. Pepper. My friend had the chicken strips and I ate most of her fries. Gosh it was delicious. The whole tab was just over $15 and I had upgraded my drink and to onion rings from fries. She had a medium drink.

#1`in your friend — onion rings, 50 cents more plus a bit to upgrade to larger soft drink.

Don’t forget the ice cream Oreo cookie, only 99cents with a combo.

I couldn’t have eaten one last night though.

Didn’t eat all day until about 8 p.m. so I was ... hungry.

I have heard somewhere that many cults use diets deficient in protein to keep their members in line. Considering what they are doing to us in other areas, this might be the real reason behind an enforced vegan diet.

s/b #1 at Freddy’s IS your friend (if you like cheeseburgers).

20 MILES - good grief, typos.

Still enjoying my Vanilla Coke from Five Guys - free refills, free peanuts.

I had a double-cheeseburger, mustard, pickle, lettuce, tomato, friend had grilled cheese with tomato, I super-sized drink, she had regular drink and had the biggest fries - we shared and still had fries left over. Total cost $19.91 with tax. Sometimes light jalapeno to clean out those intestines.

I don’t need no stinkin’ breakfast. Nor badges.

Nor badgers (for you ‘UHF’ fans)

I’m going to stop by Freddy’s, soon. I was originally going to get the frozen custard, but now have to have my new friend....the #1 ;P

I usually can’t finish the whole burger (I know, I’m a wimp), so I’ll split that and maybe have room for the custard!

Thanks for the pics and insider info. Now, I’m hungry ;)
