The soldier who did the killing looked like a sharp soldier. As you know, in the Navy we would say he looked ship-shape. It’s a sad situation. He had a beautiful wife and three kids.
So did at least one of the soldiers he killed.
My husband was in boot camp with a bunch of PR’s. Right in the middle of Basic Training, 3 or 4 of them jumped off of the tallest hotel in San Diego. This was a lot of years ago. Maybe the profiler’s should be doing a better job.
All decent citizens mist carry arms...period.
He was stopped with a woman with a gun. Like all these mass murders, he was on drugs. All these useful idiot lefties need to be waterboarded.

One might even wonder if this is a covert experiment by the gov’t in mind-control. Not only do these drugs result in violence - but suicide - by the thousands.
Got it. The ones I knew all had orange cars with tossles hanging around the windows and the dog with the bobble had and lighted eyes.

In the mid-80’s, while stationed in Panama....I came to note the aggressive nature of dispensing psychotropic drugs to the wives of GI’s. Both the Army and Air Force folks would recommend dependents for ‘additional’ treatment over at the main hospital....where it was general policy to dish out what it’d take to make people “happy”.
In an average year, I’d take a guess of two hundred dependent wives being dosed up on various drugs to a point where they weren’t alert to drive or think.
In this case, I don’t think much has changed....just new names for drugs, and the general feeling if the guy is doped up...he won’t be a problem. They have no idea of what they’ve created.

A recently leaked playbook provides details to proponents of strict gun control on how to most effectively strip gun rights from the American people. The tips include everything from using properly-crafted extreme language to taking full advantage of well-publicized gun crimes.
The guide repeatedly stresses the use of emotion, and actively encourages gun control proponents to leap onto gun crimes and start exploiting the crime’s emotional toll immediately – even before the facts are known.
In other words, do not let facts get in the way of the message. Before the smoke has left the gun, savagely start feeding off of the victims of the crime and exploit their emotional tragedies with calls for strict gun control. Focus on their misery. Take full advantage of their disaster.
The keys to advancing gun control, according to the report (emphasis mine):
Always focus on emotional and value-driven arguments about gun violence
Tell stories with images and feelings
Claim moral authority and the mantle of freedom
Emphasize that dangerous military-style weapons are easily accessible
Emphasize America’s “weak” gun laws
Challenge the NRA on OUR terms, not THEIRS
Make note of a couple of all too typical tactics of the gun grabber left:
1) Bait and switch – use an alternate term for a Commonsense civil right like ‘Assault weapon’ to incrementally destroy said right.
2) Pretend that after each and every infringement on our Commonsense civil right that the dial is re-set back to zero. i.e. pretend that there are hardly any laws on the books and that there next incremental moves are ‘a good start’
3) Use emotion instead of logic to advance their agenda, and attempt to change the language to suit their needs.
