Several months ago, a confusing call was placed by a Planned Parenthood worker in Houston to 911 dispatch during complications following an abortion. A 33-year-old woman continued to lose a dangerous amount of blood at the behemoth abortion mill on the Gulf Freeway as Planned Parenthood tried to circumvent the fact that the woman was bleeding out.
It is likely that Planned Parenthood knew that pro-lifers would be pulling the call records to find out what had prompted the ambulance to arrive at Planned Parenthood, and wanted to obfuscate the facts for the public. But in so doing, the worker also confused the dispatcher, and as Operation Rescue points out it took over two minutes of precious time in the 33-year-old patients life before the dispatcher knew why Planned Parenthood had called.
The bizarre transcript, obtained by Operation Rescue, reads as follows:
Planned Parenthood Caller: We have a 33-year old G-6, P-2
Dispatcher: Okay, what does that mean?
Planned Parenthood Caller: Um, shes um, been pregnant six times and has two living children.
Dispatcher: Okay. How old
Planned Parenthood Caller: Transport with IV running from ASC to Ben Taub. Um, she is status post complete A-B.
Dispatcher: What does that mean?
Planned Parenthood Caller: Abortion.
Planned Parenthood Caller: With an EBL of 500.
Planned Parenthood Caller: Estimated blood loss.
Dispatcher: Oh, okay.
Planned Parenthood Caller: And she has no drug allergies.
Dispatcher: But she needs to go to Ben Taub why?
Planned Parenthood Caller: Because shes having some, um, bleeding that we cant control.
Dispatcher: Oh, okay, okay, okay. Thats what I needed to know.
Troy Newman, president of Operation Rescue, made the following statement about the incident:
If Planned Parenthood thinks their insider lingo will outsmart us, they completely underestimate the Pro-life movement. This kind of nonsense is actually endangering the lives of women and delaying their access to emergency care when every minute might mean the difference between life and death. It just goes to show that for Planned Parenthood, covering up their mistakes takes priority over the lives and health of women.
they could have just said one short sentence: Our abortionist butcher sliced an artery and the now non-mom is bleeding out.
CYA ALL THE WAY!
Even if it costs a woman her life.
The PP caller sounds like a nurse - an OB nurse, in fact - giving report to another nurse or doctor, who would understand the medical abbreviations. Without interruptions the report would have gone quickly.
This suggests to me that she is new to calling emergency dispatchers, either because she is new to the PP facility, or because the facility has very few emergencies.
My two cents as a nurse and EMT.
An atheist co-worker mockingly asked me one day awhile back if my God is so great, why hasn’t He sent someone with the cure to cancer? I answered him: “He probably already has and your ilk aborted her or him.” Hasn’t spoke to me since which is just fine with me!!
Great reply, and it is probably true. How many Bachs, Mozarts, Reagans, etc., have also been aborted?
It was almost buy one get one free day at the clinic.
“How many Bachs, Mozarts, Reagans, etc., have also been aborted?”
This is correct, we’ll never know. Also with all the egg donations, etc. we are really messing with the genetic pool. Not to mention sex-selection abortions. All very bad stuff and you’d think the “science lovers” as they fancy themselves would realize/admit it.
I honestly don’t know if they believe their own lies or not.
And if any place will not welcome you or listen to you, leave that place and shake the dust off your feet as a testimony against them.”
the life of that woman means NOTHING to them
And why would G6 P2 be significant, perhaps because that says “abortion #4”?
their lies are means to some ends - lying is perfectly acceptable to advance utopia
Why would it, they get paid up front incase the patient dies they already have their blood money.
Irrelevant garbage. The number of prior abortions was irrelevant to the emergency. A succinct 'the babykiller screwed up on a safe legal abortion, and the patient has uncontrolled bleeding.' The amount of blood loss was probably relevant but of questionable accuracy.
Why did Wendy Davis spend all of those tennis-shoed hours protesting changes that would protect the victims of botched abortions in Texas?
The Democrat War on Women continues.
The woman who called is a DA.
To an OB nurse or abortion nurse the number and outcomes of prior pregnancies is always relevant, automatic, up front and succinct. It gives clues as to how fast labor will be, how well the uterus will contract after labor or abortion, and how fortunate/unfortunate the patient’s history is.
This is the report she wanted to give, abbreviations spelled out: “We have a 33 y.o. female, six pregnancies, two living children, status post-abortion, completed, need transport from Ambulatory Surgery Center to Taub Hospital, IV running, estimated blood loss 500 millileters, no known drug allergies.”
That’s not the report she should have given a dispatcher but it would worked fine for a fellow nurse, who would have also wanted to know if the patient was still bleeding, what steps had been taken to stop the bleeding, and if vital signs were stable.
Shut it down, send people to prison.
