It doesn’t take a lot of brains to point out that the problem is “oil, butter or ghee,” not rice. And then blame it on the rice.
The real problem would seem to be inbreeding. And a society where no one is allowed to question or correct the designated authority figures.

I was introduced biryani in Saudi Arabia and then again in Egypt (all at Paki restaurants). Found some passable examples in CT and FL. It’s yummy!
