A pair of white jeans is a spring must-have, but it's certainly not the most practical piece of clothing you can own. One small misstep sitting on a dirty chair, spilling just a couple drops of coffee and your crisp pants have a huge stain that may not only ruin your day, but could ruin those jeans forever. White jeans are gorgeous, but only when they look flawless. Now, one premium denim brand has a solution to the dirty-jeans dilemma: a specially formulated, stain-resistant coating guaranteed to repel potentially damaging liquids like coffee, soda, and yes, even red wine.

That is the first thing I thought of when I saw this headline!
Anybody have a picture of the First Lady in white jeans?
Oh no, Mulberry!!! Don’t do that to us. You know what is seen cannot be unseen and my stomach has been upset now for 2 days and cannot take any more system shock!
In the name of humanity, take back your request to see that in white genes.
Watch..The dry cleaning lobby will find some way to get it banned...
I don’t see the problem.
I have white 501 button fly Levi jeans. Just washing them is simple. I got them in Maine on sale when I knew I was moving to Florida.
HERE I AM IN FLORIDA.
Shopping for white for my 13 year old granddaughter who is being baptized at Easter. I know its only for that event because she’ll get something on it, probably at the reception or next day at the brunch. Oh well.
When they do: SHUDDER! Those big white butts. OOOOOgly!!!
THAT is a given in life. When one wears white anything and eats spaghetti with tomato sauce it IS written in that stars that those white jeans will be irrevocably stained.
I'm so glad they told me, or I would never have considered buying such an absurd piece of clothing. (j/k, I still won't.)
I don’t enjoy looking at butts regardless of the age or sex...unless they are under the age of about 12-24 MONTHS and sex doesn’t matter.
Back when i was in school the white painter pants were in style for a while. (And the obligatory polo shirts)
Fortunately I was never wildly interested in going with the flow.
Will a picture of the mainsail on the Constitution suffice?
My hipster 20-year-old son has some white jeans, or at least, white denim pants. I call them capris, but he insists they aren’t ;-). He also has white t-shirts with a little breast pocked of sweater-material.
He’s learned to be careful in doing his laundry, after a few disasters.
Can Aunt Irma wear them?
Well they were so hot, it was like being in a plastic bag and if your were working around a flame source they would melt to you instead of burn...
So much for that science guys...
Oh man! You guys are bad! I’m just saying that either white jeans aren’t really a must have for spring or the first lady isn’t really the fashion diva the LSM makes her out to be. Which is it???? (somewhat kidding).
That wide-load in white jeans would be a nightmare. Her size 16 butt would look like a 22.
And last but not least -— Pat Boone’s white Bucks!
In my area, there are very few dry cleaners left.
I have always had a few pairs of white denim jeans. You just either use a stain remover or a little bleach.
And 20 washings before the coating stops working isn’t enough, IMO. I have clothing that is 25 years old or more. There are reasons to wash clothing not related to stains.
