The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa [Atlantic City] filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday against Phillip Ivey Jr., considered one of the best poker players in the world.

Card counting is not cheating, and is not much of a threat. It is, however, disruptive to their business, which is taking money from suckers. They pay dealers to rake in money, not shuffle and switch decks.

I tried accessing the story with IE last night immediately after above post and works perfectly. However, it does not work with Firefox.

They could end card counting if they shuffled the decks more often, but doing so would mean less time taking money from suckers and bad card counters.
